Psalm 91:1 (CSB)
(1) The one who lives under the protection of the Most High dwells in the shadow of the Almighty.
Our world today is full of uncertainties and no one is immune to that, especially during this global pandemic and shut down. None of us ever imagined being familiar with phrases like “social distancing or shelter in place” but this is the new reality. But for the believer, we have always had a shelter in place option, a respite for our weary souls and busy minds. God has provided a safe place for His children to rest in Him. Now more than ever, as a society, stress and depression is at an all-time high. We need to find our shelter and protection in the arms of our God, the Almighty One. I would challenge you this week when you are struggling with the hard moments to take a moment and remember that we can find protection and rest at the feet of our Savior.
Isaiah 41:13 (CSB)
